By creating an account and using FailFund, you agree to the terms below. This is a living document and may be updated as the platform grows.

1. Purpose of FailFund

FailFund helps users stay accountable to their goals by putting money on the line. If you miss a goal, your money may be charged — this is the point of the app.

2. Accounts and Data

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You can delete your account at any time, and we’ll remove your personal data accordingly (within legal limits).

3. Payments and Charges

• When you commit to a goal, you agree that a charge may occur if you fail to meet it.
• All payments are handled securely via third-party processors (e.g. Stripe).
• You’re responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.

4. Disclaimer

We do our best to ensure the app functions correctly, but we can't guarantee it will always be bug-free or uninterrupted. Use it at your own discretion.

5. Fair Use

• Don’t use the app to manipulate others or for fraudulent activity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the system.
